File and Structure Confirmation

Gerber data, drill files, outline, bend direction, layer count, materials and stiffener requirements are confirmed before production.

Material and Circuit Formation

Flexible base materials are prepared, circuits are imaged and etched, and coverlay openings are processed according to the approved design.

Lamination and Mechanical Processing

Flex and rigid sections are bonded where required, followed by outline cutting, connector processing, stiffener installation and mounting-feature processing.

Testing, Inspection and Packing
