Flexible PCB replaces bulky wiring with a thin circuit that can fold into narrow spaces. Rigid-flex PCB adds stable rigid areas for components while keeping integrated flexible sections between mounting zones.
- Choose flexible PCB when the product needs lightweight routing, a custom outline or installation inside a narrow space.
- Choose rigid-flex PCB when components need rigid mounting areas and the product also requires flexible interconnection between them.

File and Structure Confirmation
Gerber data, drill files, outline, bend direction, layer count, materials and stiffener requirements are confirmed before production.
Material and Circuit Formation
Flexible base materials are prepared, circuits are imaged and etched, and coverlay openings are processed according to the approved design.
Lamination and Mechanical Processing
Flex and rigid sections are bonded where required, followed by outline cutting, connector processing, stiffener installation and mounting-feature processing.
Testing, Inspection and Packing
