Aluminum PCB Thermal Structure
The copper circuit, dielectric layer and aluminum base work together to control heat transfer and electrical insulation. Production follows the approved stack-up and mechanical drawing.

Heat travels from the LED pad through the copper layer and dielectric into the aluminum base and product heat sink.

Specify thermal conductivity, dielectric thickness and insulation strength according to the operating voltage and temperature target.

Aluminum PCB Manufacturing Steps
Production includes material preparation, imaging, etching, solder mask, CNC forming, AOI and electrical testing according to the approved manufacturing files.

Aluminum material is cut and prepared according to the approved panel and board dimensions.

The aluminum and copper surfaces are cleaned and prepared to support insulation, solder mask adhesion and consistent appearance.
