What Is FR4 PCB?
FR4 Leiterplatte is a rigid circuit board made with fiberglass-reinforced epoxy laminate. It is widely used because it offers a practical balance of cost, mechanical strength, electrical insulation and manufacturability.
Choose FR4 when your product requires a rigid circuit board and does not depend on metal-core heat dissipation, repeated bending or a specialized low-loss RF material. Send the application, operating conditions and PCB files so the material route can be confirmed before production.

FR4 material structure
The finished board combines fiberglass reinforcement, epoxy insulation and copper circuit layers. Specify the layer count, finished thickness, copper weight, Tg requirement and any electrical or mechanical constraints in the RFQ.

Fiberglass strength
Fiberglass reinforcement provides the rigidity and dimensional stability needed for drilling, routing, component assembly and service in the finished product.

Communication Series 4 Layer FR4 PCB with ENIG
Suitable for communication and control modules that require internal reference planes, higher routing density, stable SMT pads and ENIG surface finish.
FR4 PCB Applications
FR4 PCB is commonly used in lighting controls, industrial electronics, consumer products, power modules and communication equipment. Confirm heat load, current, routing density, operating environment and assembly method before finalizing the material.

LED-Beleuchtung
Use FR4 for low-power LED strips, indicators and decorative lighting. For concentrated heat or high-power LEDs, compare aluminum and copper substrate options before approving the design.

Industrial FR4 PCB
Use this route for industrial controllers, drivers and power interfaces that require stable routing, reliable plated holes, electrical testing and repeatable production.

Flexible Order Support
Prototype, pilot and volume order quantities can be evaluated according to board complexity, material availability and delivery target.

Bare-board fabrication can be combined with BOM review, component sourcing, SMT, THT and functional testing when complete assembly files are supplied.
Inspection Support

File Review
Gerber, drill file, board outline, copper weight, surface finish and quantity are checked first.

Vias, through holes and mechanical holes are processed from the drill file.

Copper circuits are formed according to the Gerber pattern.
