Single-sided FR4 production requires controlled laminate selection, stable etching tolerance, solder mask uniformity, accurate drilling, final routing, and electrical net verification. YC PCB supports prototype, small batch, and repeated production orders for B2B electronics customers.
For bare PCB acceptance, visual inspection can be aligned with IPC-A-600 requirements. For assembled boards, IPC-A-610 Class 2 workmanship requirements can be used according to the project requirement.

Cost-Effective Single Layer Manufacturing
Single sided FR4 PCB is usually selected when the design does not require high routing density and the project needs lower board cost, faster fabrication, and simpler assembly. Final price depends on panel utilization, material thickness, copper weight, surface finish, solder mask, quantity, and delivery method.
For cost-sensitive batch production, HASL and lead-free HASL are common choices. For SMT products that require a flatter pad surface, OSP or ENIG can be selected after engineering review.
