Copper Substrate Board for Flashlight Details

Flashlight LED boards operate inside compact metal housings with limited airflow. The selected board must carry the required current, transfer concentrated LED heat into the housing and maintain accurate mechanical contact during assembly.

Before ordering, purchasing and engineering teams should define the LED package, electrical load, heat-sink interface, board outline, surface finish, assembly scope and acceptance test.

LED Footprint

Provide the exact LED manufacturer part number, pad dimensions, polarity and thermal-pad structure to prevent footprint or soldering mismatch.

Copper Pad Area

Define the exposed copper area, thermal contact surface and solder-mask opening required around the high-power LED pad.

Housing Fit

Supply the housing diameter, screw holes, notches, contact points and dimensional tolerances needed for drop-in assembly.

Current Route
