Copper Substrate Board for Flashlight Details
Flashlight LED boards operate inside compact metal housings with limited airflow. The selected board must carry the required current, transfer concentrated LED heat into the housing and maintain accurate mechanical contact during assembly.

Provide the LED position, polarity, screw-hole dimensions, edge clearance and housing contact area to ensure the finished board fits the flashlight body without modification.

The LED footprint, pad geometry, trace width and copper contact area are manufactured to the approved files for stable current delivery and efficient heat transfer.

Suitable for EDC flashlights, handheld search lights, rechargeable work lights and other portable products requiring a compact, high-conductivity copper thermal path.

Flashlight PCB Design Checks

LED Footprint
Provide the exact LED manufacturer part number, pad dimensions, polarity and thermal-pad structure to prevent footprint or soldering mismatch.
