What Is a Copper Base PCB?
A copper base PCB uses copper as the supporting and heat-spreading layer. It is selected for high-power LED and power-electronics products that need stronger heat transfer than standard FR4 or general aluminum PCB solutions.
- The circuit copper carries current and provides pads for LEDs or power components.
