Plated Through Holes

Double sided FR4 PCB uses plated through holes to connect top and bottom copper layers. Drill size, annular ring, copper plating, and via clearance are reviewed during DFM preparation.

0.15 / 0.15mm is the standard reference for stable production. Smaller values or dense routing should be reviewed based on copper weight, solder mask bridge, and etching compensation.
