Aluminium PCB
Common route for LED lighting products that need better heat dissipation than FR4, including tube lights and high bay lights.
Koper Substraat
Recommended for compact or high-power LED modules where concentrated heat must be transferred quickly into the lamp housing or heat sink.

LED PCB Manufacturing and Assembly Flow
The production route combines bare-board fabrication, LED assembly, inspection and lighting tests so procurement and engineering teams can manage one controlled order from prototype through production.
File & Thermal Confirmation
Gerber data, LED layout, BOM, thermal requirements, board outline and finish specifications are confirmed before the order is released.
PCB Fabrication
The selected FR4, aluminum or copper-base construction is produced with the specified solder mask, surface finish and mechanical profile.
LED SMT Assembly
SMD LEDs, drivers and supporting components are mounted according to the approved placement file, polarity data and assembly drawing.
AOI & Solder Check
AOI and visual inspection check component presence, polarity, placement accuracy and visible solder-joint defects.
Lighting Test
Lighting function, current and other project-specific tests are performed according to the agreed acceptance criteria.
Packing & Delivery
Finished boards are packed to protect exposed LEDs, long board profiles and delicate assemblies during handling and transport.

What is an LED lighting PCB?
An LED lighting PCB is a circuit board designed to mount LED components, route current and support heat dissipation in a lighting product.
Should I choose FR4, aluminum or copper for my LED board?
FR4 is suitable for lower-power strips, drivers and control circuits. Aluminum PCB is the common thermal route for many commercial and industrial lamps. Copper-base PCB is used when power density and heat concentration are higher.
Do you support LED PCBA assembly?
Yes. YC PCB supports LED and driver component sourcing, SMT assembly, polarity control, AOI inspection and functional lighting testing according to the approved production files.
What files are needed for an LED PCB quote?
Send Gerber files, BOM, LED model, power and current requirement, placement file, board outline, testing method and application details.
Can you make high power LED boards?
Yes. High-power projects can use standard aluminum, high-thermal aluminum, copper-base or thermoelectric-separation constructions, depending on LED power, contact area and heat-sink design.
Which surface finish is available for LED PCB?
OSP, HASL, ENIG and silver finishes are available. The appropriate finish depends on the substrate, soldering process, storage period and exposed optical areas.
Can you support custom LED board shapes?
Yes. We support routed profiles, long boards, V-cut panels, tooling holes and custom mounting features according to your mechanical drawing.
